A real boat, steered by a helmsman. The Dragon Boat, in fact, has the head of a dragon. Two rows of 10 seats welcome the canoeists. The drummer sitting in front of the crew plays a drum to set the beat and help his teammates coordinate. A popular sport in China, it combines the values of cohesion, coordination, and interaction. It is an ideal sport for cultivating team spirit and putting yourself to the test: perfect team building for your corporate groups.
– Team-Building Challenge
The teams compete in a regatta that will take them to the port of Darsena in Milan.
During this event, your employees will be on board “in the same galley” and will need to show unbreakable team spirit to win this regatta. Motivation and coordination will be, in this regard, the key words to achieving victory!
A team of experienced professionals will supervise the activity and create a real atmosphere of fun and competition at the same time, with drums beating the beat and flags waving on the boats.
