To organize your event, please provide us with the following information:
- The estimated number of participants
- The desired date and time
- The chosen option or class
- The desired language
- A phone number (strictly for emergencies on the day of the activity)
- A complete postal address for invoicing
General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Booking
- Mandatory prepayment: Full payment definitively validates your booking.
- Payment methods: Bank transfer (free of charge) or Credit card (via a secure Stripe link, +3.9% service fee at the customer’s expense).
- Deadlines: We advise you to book at least 10 to 15 days in advance to ensure availability (at least 72h in advance, on business days from Monday to Friday).
- We communicate exclusively by email and via our contact form. We do not process any booking requests by phone or WhatsApp.
A few tips for the D-Day:
– Outfit: Short shorts are ideal (they will help you grip the Pole Dance pole better), paired with a sports bra or a tank top. You can bring leggings and socks for the warm-up. We recommend removing your jewelry (rings, bracelets) for more comfort and to avoid scratching the equipment.
– Important: It is strongly advised not to apply moisturizing cream, oil, or body lotion on the day of the class, as this would make the pole very slippery.
– Health: As a precaution, this activity is not recommended for pregnant women or people with joint problems.
– Dietary requirements: If you have chosen the Aperitivo or Dinner option, please remember to let us know about any allergies or specific diets (vegan, gluten-free) when booking!
