Do you want to organize a team-building event with your collaborators or colleagues dedicated to the discovery of Italian gastronomy? Our proposals relating to cooking classes are designed to fulfill your wishes!
Depending on the number of participants, the budget, and the specific requests, many options are available.
Exclusive Italian cooking class
In a kitchen laboratory that is both modern and original, it is possible to organize exclusive cooking courses as well as meetings, press lunches, product presentations, and, nonetheless, tastings. All this, plus innovative and creative formulas that will stimulate you.
Program :
– Arrival of the participants, greeted with a welcome drink, accompanied by finger food prepared by the chef
– A brief description of the recipes that will be prepared
– The participants, once divided into four groups, will put on their aprons and thus try their hand at work in the kitchen. This will take place under the shrewd direction of the chef, assisted by an assistant.
– After about an hour and a quarter, when the preparations are finished, everyone will sit down except for the group assigned to the aperitif, who will finish setting up the appetizer.
– Thus, the aperitif/appetizer will be tasted.
– The group that prepared the first course will serve it so that we can all eat it together.
– And so on for the main course and dessert.
– A team-building format can be added to this program: the guests are always divided into 4 groups and each of them will prepare a dish. In this regard, the chef will observe and evaluate the team that has been able to collaborate best to achieve the required objective.
Total duration (from the arrival on site to the end of the dinner): approximately 3h30

The offer includes the exclusive use of the location used for the cooking course, including the necessary equipment, the cooking course supervised by a professional Chef in the chosen language, and, of course, the preparation with the respective tasting of 3 typical dishes, which will be accompanied by wine, water, and coffee. The necessary equipment and ingredients for the preparations to be made will be provided.

The recipes will contain the necessary ingredients and procedures: not all the ingredients indicated in the recipe will be present: there will, however, be some others that can logically easily replace those that are missing…

The team that will be more united and compact will be dissolved, and its members will be assigned to other groups.
Leadership propensity :
The members within each group who will be able to organize and coordinate the work of the other components will be reported to the company managers.

To complete your booking, we need the following information :
– The number of the participants
– Preferred language for your activity
– Your preferred date and time for your activity
– The chosen course
– A telephone number (valid in Milan or on Whatsapp).
– A postal address to edit the invoice.
Terms of sale :
– Payment upon booking is by bank transfer or secure payment system by credit card (Stripe).
– Payment, cancellation, and refund details are specified on the invoice, which will be sent by email.
– Reservations must be made by email to: info@beyondroma.com or using the appropriate contact form, at least 48 hours in advance: from Monday to Friday (subject to availability).
Additional Information :
– It is important to inform us, at the time of booking, of any intolerances, allergies, or special diets (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) in order to provide an adequate menu.
